How to use this tool

Enter your US employer's name or stock ticker symbol (e.g. Amazon, Apple, JP Morgan Chase) and your compensation to see how your pay compares to company-wide financials. Ticker symbols usually give the most accurate results.

This tool is designed for US workers. Compensation comparisons use US dollar figures and are most meaningful for employees of US-listed companies.

Works best for: Publicly traded US companies (NYSE/NASDAQ), large multinationals listed in the US (e.g. Toyota → TM, Volkswagen → VWAGY), and major US subsidiaries.

Not supported: Private companies, non-publicly traded employers, government agencies, nonprofits, and sole proprietorships — these don't file the public financial disclosures this tool relies on.
